Model 70

The CCDI Model 70 was first designed to test hollow EDM probes for the semiconductor industry for measuring a 0.007″ diameter cooling passage and reporting the leak rate. The machine reports the test result in volumetric flow units. Using a charge pressure vessel, pressure decay along with barometric pressure and temperature transducers to calculate the volumetric leak rate. We can offer this unit using mass airflow sensors or orifices as well, tailored to your needs.
