The Model 88 is a highly accurate, stable and repeatable machine to calculate Effective Airflow Area (EFA) measurements of vane rings, combustors, segments and diffuser rings. These EFA machines can also be multipurposed for your testing requirements. Direct replacement for Fleming AF36 machines with identical front fixture adapter rings.

Flow Data Sample Testing

Test Evidence

Test Evidence below is for the Effective Flow Range of .5 to 40 Square Inches at 5 Inches of Water (WC), using orifice plates manufactured by CCDI.  Testing was performed over a 2 day period in a room 226" L X232" W X102" H (18.83' L X 19.33' W X 8.5' H).  The room has an intake opening of 83.5" H X 70.75" W (6.96' H X 5.90' W) and exhaust opening of 83.5" H X 70.75" W (6.96' H X 5.90' W).  Please contact CCDI to discuss expected flow results based on your room size.
